Built in 2006, our beach front condo (SW 708) was built using the best building standards and includes all the modern amenities you'd expect to find at a luxury resort.  Located on the 7th floor, this quiet, private condo overlooks both the pool and the ocean from the 400 square foot balcony.  At night, you'll have beautiful views of the city lights as well as the gorgeous sunset.

Our condo features a fully equipped kitchen with updated modern appliances, microwave, electric oven/stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishes, and a built-in water filtration system.  What's more, the kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops accented with pendant lights over the breakfast bar.  With all the cooking and eating utensils, linens and towels you'll need, you'll be able to pack your clothes and leave your cares behind while you enjoy all that this sensational condo has to offer.  It even includes a laundry room complete with washer and dryer!
